The staff are exceptionally helpful and go out of their way to assist guests. The rooms are comfortable with good beds and the free Russian style breakfast is a wonderful addition.

I had an exelent room and very friendly staff. Also there is a good breakfast.I was satisfied and enjoy staying at this hotel.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its convenient location. Situated very close to the Mariinsky theatre and in front of a beautiful calm river, it offers a peaceful retreat from the busy city. The hotel is also close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the major attractions.

All was top-notch, nothing to be improved.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; since they did not have any double rooms left, we got upgraded to one of the suits for free. Breakfast was massive, with a lot of choice and everything was very tasty.

The only thing that could be improved on is the location - it is not quite central (about 30 mins to Nevsky) and the metro station is not very close. Otherwise it is a quite and picturesque part of the city.

A goo hotel not far from the City center. About 30 min to Dvortsovaya sq. by foot. Clean rooms, with fridge. A good breakfast.

The location of the hotel is comfortable, being close to the metro station and a supermarket. the hotel is situated in a beautiful, calm area with a river nearby. the rooms and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. the staff provides excellent service. Breakfast is good and has a few varieties.

The walls are too thin, and we can hear the noise from the surrounding area.

Located in industrial area and a bit away from the city center and train/bus stations. A good place for backpackers with a reasonable price, clean rooms, parking and satisfactory breakfeast. The staff is friendly and they do speak English. If you're travelling by car/motorcycle I would highly recommend this quiet place to have a rest.

I didn't like the fact that there was no phone to call outside the city. You have to go at another hotel close to this one to do it. Secondly, I think the staff should inform you that you cannot drink water from the tap in Russia.

The rate per night is ok comparing to other hotels in the heart of the city that had rates a lot higher. However, one should weigh all con's and pro's before booking this hotel as there were quite a few negative moments (see below).

The hotel only has 1 room with aircon (sth to consider when traveling in the summer).Obviously, that room was taken.The service of some staff members is still that of the Soviet era.Very disappointing as many reviews on the website praise this hotel and its staff.If you're looking for breakfast included &expect scrambled eggs/orange juice/toast/etc. you won't find them in this hotel: their menu isn't for European guests to say the least (buckwheat and rice pudding for breakfast,no toast,pancakes every day).My husband hardly ate anything,only cornflakes.We asked the hotel for a transfer from Pulkovo I and were ripped off(1,200rub whereas the normal price is around 690rub depending on time of day).When we complained they didn't care.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is very close to the Mariinsky Theatre, right in the city center, and close to the nearest subway stations. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are provided in the rooms. The free Russian style breakfast is a great start to the day, with good beds ensuring a comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I loved the room.it was excellent and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Well, for me and my friend everything was just right.
